saloon in 1933 and 1934. This was there first
car to use the companies hallmark kidney grill.
The BMW 303 was also the first of BMW cars to have
an inline 6 cylinder, 1182cc engine, the engine
was developed from the 4 cylinder, 788cc engine
used in the 3/20 model.
The BMW 303 used a similar version of the 3/20 front
independent suspension system but the rear was a
live axel rather than the 3/20's swing axle.
